Put Dewayne's murderer in jail

On June 30, 2014 we lost our son Dewayne Barfield Jr., to gun violence in Newark, Delaware.
Dewayne was only 18 and he graduated high school three days before he was murdered. Dewayne had plans to attend Lincoln University in the fall where he was going to study law, he wanted to be a lawyer. Dewayne had such a big, beautiful smile, it would light up a room. He was a fun loving kid who bothered no one. His life ended tragically and his killer is still walking free.
We are starting this page to raise money for a reward, hopefully that will get people to come forward with information.
