Conflict Resolution Center

We are reaching out to community members to ask for support with our fundraising campaign.  Your generous gift supports our peace-making work through alternative dispute resolution by our trained volunteer mediators.  As a non-profit 501(c) 3 community service organization, the Center’s mission is to provide affordable and accessible conflict resolution to all Frederick County residents through education, mediation, community conferencing, and facilitation in to promote peaceful resolution of conflicts.  We also offer  workshops for the community such as Resolving Conflict in the workplace, Conflict Coaching for Supervisors, Developing Employee Conflict Resolution Skills, and Creating an Effective Workplace Culture.
