This is why I suppose I started making movies. Ever since I was little I wanted to let people know a story. My story. Her story. Any story. Something that would captivate people and make them say, this is my story too.
I've had the opportunity to live out this dream with my friends since we've won the Rutgers Movie Fest prize for Best Picture. We are able to attend a screening of our movie in LA this June. They'll screen our film at Universal Studios, then at the Cannes International Film Festival next May.
My friends and I all went to the same high school but different colleges. We all have different dreams, motivations and ambitions, but our films are what glue us together. We can only hope to inspire other students from our hometown to see that there is nothing like passion, good friends and the agony of an untold story to realize your dream.
We're college students so we'll need your help in getting to start our dream on level we haven't fully grasped yet.

We believe our films can be that illumination, striking unexpectedly, and resulting in something profound. The trip to LA will involve educational workshops, lectures with industry leaders, opportunities to network and of course our film will compete against other great student films across the country. We just need a little help to get there and be a part of it all!
