Juno needs emergency Surgery

Donation protected
Over the last few months Juno has been an incredible addition to our family.  He is always smiling, in a good mood and his high energy and loyalty is very contagious.  He is a 6-month-old male Pomeranian that we adopted in June of 2016.

Over the weekend Juno sustained a major compound fracture to the front right forearm, which severed both the radius and ulna.  Due to the severity of the fracture and Juno's age and size it is recommended that he undergo surgery.  A metal plate would be used to join one or both of the bones to ensure alignment during healing.  Here is a website that can explain the injury in more depth.

Here is a photo of his x-ray.

Unfortunately the timing as with most things of this nature is not ideal.  Our baby is due any day now and we cannot bear the additional financial stress of major surgery, medications and recovery.  Surgery will be require in at least a weeks time or less as the bones will begin to try to heal and the miss-alignment of the bones will be excruciating for Juno to bear.

We are asking for financial help in anyway possible and your love and kind thoughts for Juno.  Any money donated will go directly towards the cost of his care and rehabilitation.  If we cannot raise enough money we may be forced to surrender Juno to the ASPCA but the thought of losing our friend is simply unbearable.

Please help us in anyway you can.
Thank you.

Love,
Andrew, Maja and Juno.
