Denver needs Affordable Housing! Legacy Grace Community Development Corporation is a 501c3 ready to do just that.
We are working to buy a 23 unit motel to help 23 families stabilize and start the process from surviving to thriving. We can help our clients reduce their weekly rents by almost 40%. Many motels in Denver are charging $400-450 per week. For the lowest income individuals, these amounts are outrageous and very difficult to manage. Current apartment rents are averaging $1591 per month in the Denver Metro area. A minimum wage worker earns less than this per month even working full-time hours. It's more challenging than ever right now.It will be so awesome to see dignity restored for so many.
