Help Fund My Dream - Mountview

Donation protected
I have recently been offered one of the very limited places to study at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, in London, which in itself is just a dream come true!

As one of the UK's leading Drama Schools, it's not cheap... in fact, it's the farthest thing from cheap at £12,090 per year. Only £6000 of this can be funded by a student loan, and I have to pay £8350 before the 2nd July 2013! So, in order to go, I need to raise an extra £6,000 (and this doesn't include living costs)

Just to put it into perspective for people who may not know much about Mountview, Amanda Holden and Elaine Page both graduated from there, and are now patrons of the school. What's more, Dame Judi Dench is President of the school! Along with this, 100% of Mountview Graduates gain professional agent representation by the end of their third year, 95% of which go straight into professional work in leading shows as soon as they graduate.

I would be so grateful if you could donate a small (or large..!) amount of money to help me with funding for this course. It is honestly such a huge opportunity, and an essential step in reaching my dream career in performing arts, and I really don't want to have to pass up the opportunity to go due to lack of funding.

Performing really is such a huge passion of mine, and there is nothing else in the world that I want, or have ever wanted to do. As a young child I would always enter talent competitions on holidays, and at the age of 15, I came second in the local folk festival with a song that I composed, played and sang. In year 9 at school, I gained a principal role in 42nd Street, tap dancing my way through the role of Phyllis Dale, and in my final year of school gained the lead role of Sugar in 'Sugar' - the musical version of 'Some Like It Hot' with Marilyn Monroe. That summer I took part in a summer school in London's West End, and that's what made me realised that this is what I was born to do.
From then I attended Hull College to study Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) and leaving with a triple Distinction* grades (the highest you can achieve!) in my time there I played lead roles in various shows, most notably Lola La Mar in Copacabana (view performance here), and Lady Marmalade in Disco Inferno. Along with this, I have been attending classes at the Northern Academy of Performing Arts, playing leading roles such as Mrs Potts (Beauty & The Beast), Cinderella (Into The Woods), Emma Carew (Jekyll & Hyde) and most recently Candi McAllister in 'Zanna Don't!'
My most notable performance was probably as Kathy Selden in 'Singin' in the Rain' at York Grand Opera House, September 2012, for which I gained many positive reviews online and in newspapers.

Thank you in advance, and, just in case you need a little more persuasion, here's a recording of me singing the song that I successfully auditioned with - just so you know who you're helping:
