Bokinni Family House Fire

Many of you will know the Bokinni's and the legendary Banfield Road... The Bokinni Family are very well known for their unmeasurable hospitality, mainly through the countless get togethers at their family home. Many of us have some unforgettable moments there most if not all are happy memories.
On Friday 29 July, the family suffered one of the most devastating events that can happen to any of us; the Bokinni's family home was severely damaged by a huge fire caused by a visitor who the family kindly allowed to stay for a few nights.
The fire ripped through most of the family home destroying everything in its path. The family have been left with nothing, from clothes, furniture, baby Khalifa's cot and push chair, to their late mother's belongings (RIP Julie) .
Fortunately Shade, Khalifa, Yinka and Kola were not home that night (freakishly and randomly!) otherwise we could have been telling a very different and even more devastating story. We are so grateful that no body was hurt but the family have a very long road ahead of them to rebuild their lives.
We have set up this fundraising page for the family and would ask you to donate whatever you can to help the Bokinni's take the first step towards a brighter future. Most importantly, we want Khalifa to have a place to call home again!
