Big E Elochukwu Eze Brain Cancer

Donation protected
Big E (Elochukwu Eze) is a 17 year old, 6'10" basketball player at Calvary Christian Academy in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  On May 5th, he had emergency brain surgery to remove a fist-sized tumor from the top of his brain  His tumor is malignant and is a Grade II glioma.   He now writes a blog about his recovery for USA Today.

Elochukwu, a resident of Coral Springs, FL, is originally from Enugu, Nigeria and he came to the USA to get an American education.   Geoff and Stacy Still welcomed him into their family in January 2014 and are his legal guardians.  Big E is covered by Geoff's medical insurance but the co-payments, out-of-network charges and uncovered expenses are mounting up with total medical bills already exceeding $126,000.  He continues to have ongoing expenses from MRI's every 3 months, therapies, testing, and doctor visits.

We believe that God brought Big E here to save his life with this surgery.  God didn't bring him this far, just to bring him this far.  He is an amazing young man.  Please help us as we walk through this journey with him.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The funds will be placed in a Guardianship account under the authority of the probate judge in Broward County.  All funds will be paid for medical expenses only and an accounting will be filed with the court and be public record.
