Solicitor Fees for pre-hearing

We are residents of St. James' Parish who are fighting against having 12 radio/microwave Transmitters installed on our local church, St. James in Kidbrooke Park Road, SE3,  We have been working non-stop to research, campaign, educate and inform the community for the past year.  We also worked extremely hard 11 years ago where, through the efforts of the community, we managed to dissuade the Church from installing any Masts.  However, the lure of an income strikes the Church once more.   The present case has now reached the pre-hearing stage and we need to instruct a Solicitor to mediate at this meeting to ensure that the process is lawful, legal and that we protect the community's rights.  The local Solicitors will charge £150 per hour (Church advise the review will take a morning) and so we need to raise this money a.s.a.p. to give the Solicitors enough time to be booked.  To have this representation is fundamental to the process.  The pre-hearing is on 20th July,  just 2 days time.  All donations will be gratefully received, even if you can only give the minimum amount, we will be so grateful.  Together we can make a difference to stop the Masts & protect  our environment allowing us all to thrive.
