Help Aubrey Transition! (Male-to-Female)

Hello,
My name is Aubrey, and I'm transsexual, "Male-to-Female". In other words, my Gender Identity doesn't match the sex that I was assigned at birth. I intend to make adjustments until my body matches my inner perception of myself, along with being legally recognized as female. These adjustments include electrolysis, Hormone Replacement Therapy, a trachea shave, and Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS) itself.
Employment is fairly difficult, along with the hassle of explaining and correcting fellow employees or employers on pronoun use. I also live in a very conservative area, so my chance for employment is virtually non-existent when it comes to small businesses. To top it off, there are no available jobs in the area that will allow any coverage of SRS. My family will not likely assist with anything more than Hormone Replacement Therapy, and I could be cut from that coverage at any time as a result of a religious epiphany or whim.
To be as clear as possible, Sex Reassignment Surgery is not cosmetic or elective by any means (not in most situations, anyway). Gender Dysphoria is recognized by most psychologists and is known to cause severe depression and even suicide if left out of check. The biggest part of my transition may take $15,000-25,000. I definitely will not be able to transition without plenty of help, unfortunately.
A bit about me...
I enjoy writing, mostly short stories, a lot. I hope that I can make a career out of that, sometime. I love music, even if I have no idea how to play any instruments. I think I'll start blogging, too, which has always interested me. I guess I'm not all that interesting!
