Get Sophie to AMC conference

Sophie is 7 years old and has a condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. There are several hundred types. She has Amyoplasia type. This means her joints are fixed. They do not move. She also has little muscle mass as well as missing muscles. They did not develop before she was born. She is a bright and happy girl but feels that because of her disabilities she will not be able to do what others do when she grows up. I want her to attend a conference for people like her where she can meet people of all ages with the same condition. My hope is that seeing others like herself doing the many things she wishes to do she will better understand that she can do anything she puts her mind do, she is not limited by her disability.
