Help Milo get medical treatment

My almost 3 year old cat, Milo, has had UTI issues for almost a year now. The bills have totaled up to over a thousand dollars. He recently had to be hospitalized for the worse case he's had. The vet bill for his most recent stay cost us around 650. My boyfriend and I are both college students and have had trouble finding jobs; even though I have a certification not many places are hiring. I want to be able to give my cat the best option of life. And even though he is doing better now he will need constant check-ups.
