is an organic, NON-GMO baking company specializing in gluten free & allergy friendly award winning baked goods. We bake everything from scratch without preservatives or ingredients that you won't recognize.

Family owned and operated since 2010, we are finally building a share kitchen that will be dedicated NON-GMO, gluten free, soy free, peanut free & preservative free. This kitchen will also be available to other small artisan gluten free producers so they can make their goods in a safe environment.
Since starting Mama Baretta, we noticed that there were literally hundreds of kitchens out there but none of them were gluten free. We searched high and low and found a safe environment to make our products from a kitchen that does not use flour in their cooking but it was, of course, limited hours, off hours & limited space. We searched everywhere in Sonoma County and came to the conclusion that we would have to build the kitchen ourselves.
We found a perfect site! Located in the heart of Sonoma County, land of organic farming and well known chefs, we are now ready to equip the kitchen. We have been busy looking for the most energy efficient appliances because we want to be, not only a dedicated gluten free facility, but a green business!
Mama Baretta has been baking award winning products since April 2010, with a few Medals under our belt. There are many more producers like us who make quality products but have to settle for making them in facilities that use wheat.
If you've ever had our products, you know we produce high quality baked goods and use only the freshest organic ingredients! We want to bring more of these types of products to the market and helping other gluten free artisan food producers will accomplish that goal. Having food allergies can be difficult for people to find good quality, delicious tasting products.
At Mama Baretta we care about the food we eat, the food we make, and the food YOU eat!
Food & Family are a priority and our goal is to make baked goods that we can all enjoy and share together at the table.
