Danyell's Cancer Fighting Fund

My sister, Danyell, has been battling cancer for a while now.  She is the most amazing person I know and there are so many people that love her.  She has been through surgeries, chemo, radiation, and always has a smile on her face and a kind word and inspiration for others who have cancer or are faced with other struggles in life.  She is a blessing to everyone she meets and her Christian faith is a beacon to others!

Danyell was previously working part-time as an Activities Director at a nursing home and working other part-time jobs around her treatment and recovery, but had a serious surgery this week and is currently in a position where she cannot work.  I have created this page for her family, friends, church sisters and brothers, and others to be able to contribute to raise money to help her with living expenses and medical bills.

Please consider making a donation to help Danyell through this difficult time in her life. She is a fighter and I know she will come back stronger than ever as she recovers from this recent surgery, but it is going to take time, and she needs help to make it through.

For those of you unfamiliar with our story - our mother died at age 41 of metasticized breast cancer.  Danyell was 18 at the time our mother passed. I was adopted and never got to meet our mother.  Almost eight years ago, I was able to locate Danyell and we have become extremely close.  I love her so very much... she means the world to me and I want to do whatever I can to help out... so please, please consider making a financial donation to help her get through this battle!
