Hello! Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read this page! I am a first year graduate student at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, enrolled in the Masters Degree program in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy, and I received my Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. I had the wonderful experience in 2011 to attend CoOperative Program as a Young Artist and I have been given that same honor a second time for this coming July as a Fellow. For more details regarding these two levels please visit: http://www.rider.edu/
As an aspiring professional soprano focusing on classical repertoire, the CoOperative Program is essential to my development as a musician and a singing-actor. CoOperative provides 20-30 hours of coachings with professional accompanists, vocal coaches, voice teachers, stage directors, orchestral directors, and acting coaches. These include Martin Katz (world renowned accompanist), Pierre Vallet (Metropolitan Opera), Kathleen Kelly (Vienna State Opera), Susan Ashbaker (MET National Council Judge), Eric Weimer (Lyric Opera of Chicago), Anthony Manoli (Washington National Opera), and Sandra Bernhard (Houston Grand Opera), just to name a few. During CoOperative, I will be given essential training to continue making strides towards a professional career as an operatic singer.
Attending such a prestigious program however does come with a cost. I am financially independent and although I have been awarded an extremely generous merit based scholarship and have been extremely proactive about my savings, I still need assistance to cover a portion of the tuition. Any amount you are capable of donating to help me continue to succeed as a young singer would be more than appreciated. Any and all donations received will be directly applied to the tuition of the CoOperative Program.
Many thanks in advance to all who are willing to contribute!
