24 Hours of Wash Park Sufferfest

In less than a week I will set out to run around the 2.5 mile perimeter of Denver's Washington Park for 24 hours. I will start at 12:00 am Christmas morning and spend my day running around Wash Park for hopefully 100 miles. I am doing this to raise funds for my good friend Jef Kopp. Jef is one of this country's top tattoo artists and I am lucky enough to have some work by him, he also suffers from a rare protein losing auto-immune disease that is affecting his ability to work and has left him with a growing amount of unpaid medical bills. Jef and I rode The Ironhorse Bicycle Classic 5 years ago to raise money for Livestrong. His riding days are behind him and I am more of a runner these days. So I am asking you, my friends, to pledge donations per hour/lap/mile or kilometer. Please dig deep and help me help a friend this Holiday Season.
