Kassandra Bazinet is a local singer/songwriter and actress who applied for a well known program called "Up With People". She travelled for 6 Months in a first semester, and wishes to travel once more.
She has worked extremely hard this past semester being the Rhythm guitarist in the band, a soloist in the show and putting her best foot forward to make a positive impact in the world.
Kassandra has noticed a huge change in personal development and has seen the impact she is making everywhere she goes with this fine group of young people.

Our Mission
Up with People exists today to inspire young people to make a difference in their world.
Up with People is a global education organization which aims to bring the world together through service and music. The unique combination of international travel, service learning, leadership development and performing arts offers students an unparalleled experience and a pathway to make a difference in the world, one community at a time.
The $20,000 all together covers tuition, stay, food, travel accomodations, international Medical Insurance, Visa costs and much more.
"As you can see this would be an experience of a lifetime. I love performing and helping people. Up with People really brings out the best of both worlds. Being able to volunteer and teach in a series of different countries is a dream come true. And being chosen to represent Canada, I am honoured. Also, music and performace is a big support in my life, and this can help me show that to others, and help others appreciate music the way I do. I'm really hoping I can raise enough funds to make this happen. These opportunities dont happen everyday, It's really time to sieze the moment. Thankyou to everyone who has been supportive of all my endevours in the last while, it truly means the world to me <3"
