Fort McMurray Wildfire Relief

The city of Fort McMurray has been forced to evacuate as a result of the wildfire that is destroying the community. Humans of Guelph has set up a GoFundMe page so our community can help out the victims. The situation in Fort McMurray is devestating and we urge everyone to contribute as much as they can. The money will go towards the Canadian Red Cross as the provincial government of Alberta is matching donations.
This campaign is set up solely to provide financial relief for those who were affected by the fire in Fort McMurray. The fire started on May 1st and has called for the evacuation of all residents within Fort McMurray. As of May 4, over 1,600 buildings have been destroyed and a large percentage of the city has been dessimated.
