Ayla Mae's Football Chairty Event

Hi Everyone. My name is Leigh Hemms and im here to ask for everyones help. My good friends and Collegues at Wales & West Utilities, Christopher Rimmer and all the North Wales epmloyees and families have organised a Charitable Football Event in aid of My daughter Ayla Mae Hemms, who as many of you are aware suffers from Spastic Quadreplegic Cerebral Palsy.  My daughter will never live a normal life, and requires constant care. Ayla has around 240 hospital appointments every year, and to try make her life as comfortable and stress free as possible, we are in the process of building a disabled facility which is almost finished, but we are still a fair bit off.

The Football event is on the 18th June 2016 and we would gratly appreciate any support that is given to us. we are aiming for a highest amount possible.
with the money we are looking to finish the disable facility and get Ayla as much as we can that will help her.  For the futre as she grows, we look to get her an adult disabled Electric wheel chair that will help us mobility wise, and to aquire a hosital bed for Ayla.
