Our Daughter Heather: Gunned down and murdered, leaving me and her mother to raise BABY JACK. The Father (Jonathan Ritchey) was arrested for the murder of BABY JACKs mother.
Jon Ritchey plead guilty to rendering assistance in Heathers Murder taking away BABY JACKs mother.
He plead to avoid trial and the state loosing and getting at least one man on the murder, two was risky for zero.
He took away Heather's chance to raise her child.
Now the courts say, BABY JACK is to be returned to his father June 2nd. Jon Ritchey somehow still has the right to raise his child even after taking away the mothers right.
The day BABY JACK lost his mother, his primary attachment figure and he lost his father. He was young enough and lucky enough to reattach to us - his grandparents and now he will be ripped from us and given to a man he doesn't even know. He has had unsuccessful attempts at visiting with Jon, so now they are going to Rip an Grip, only to traumatize Baby Jack all over again.
Please help us raise $8,000 to start the Appeal and save our now 4 yr old grandson BABY JACK from the trauma all over again. We have been his parents for the past three years. This feels like reliving the murder of our daughter all over again. Not to mention all the experts on behalf of Baby Jack say this is not in his best interest. This ruling came from some previous ruling on a third party case regarding parents and drugs. Not a father murding the mother of a child.
We are trying to raise the money for an appeal lawyer. It the only way to save our little guy from this nightmare.
