Hello, my is Keirah, and to put it bluntly I need help with my Srs Surgery.I suffer from trauma to the lower region due to inferences.I know if these two thing continue to be an issue one day having the surgery I dream for may not be an option. I hope and plan to try to do this year, and I desperately need your help because I can't do it alone. To honest this possibility and your help or the only two things keeping positive attitude about both being a Trans woman and the potential for progress.
