Cancer Survivor Needs Help

My name is Gaynell Dupin and I am a 19 months breast cancer survivor.  In March 2011 I was diagnosed with stage2B breast cancer.  On June 2, 2011 I had a lumpectomy followed by chemo and radiation.  I survived and am still surviving, but it has taken a toll on me financially. There is help for cancer patient (who are currently taking chemo and radiation).  But once you have finished the treatments, there is nothing.  On Octobr 8, 2012, I lost my house to foreclosure.  The money I need is to help finish paying my portion of doctor, hospital, medical bills, and etc .  I would also use the  money to get ahead in my rent and heating.  I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis (the chemo helped to speed up that process).  I am also a diabetic (have been one for 48 years).  So I have alot of medical bills and more coming with the oseteoarthritis).  I just want to be able to pay my outstanding bills off and be able to pay the ones I am creating.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
