Sabotage! #2

My name is Jeff, and I'm the creator/writer of Sabotage!, a comic book about some guy who has to become some kind of hero whether he wants to or not, and he really doesn't want to.

Instead of nobility and self-sacrifice, there is pettiness and selfishness. Instead of a sympathetic lead character, there's the "anti-antihero," if you will, which is another way to say "." Violence, comedy, swear words, so on and so forth... 

I like to think it's Eastbound and Down meets the Punisher meets Beavis and Butthead.

(I should also mention that this book is for mature audiences, and it's probably not for young kids or people with fragile sensibilities.)

Now if you really liked the first issue and keep asking yourself, "Hmm, I wonder what happens next," this is where you can turn your dream (mainly my dream) into a reality - I need to raise $500.00 to produce Issue #2 - this is how much it costs me to pay my artistic collaborators for their excellent services.  The money goes to nothing but the production of Issue #2.

I don't get any of the money at all.  Some might say that's a lousy deal, and maybe you're right, but I'm not doing this for the money, I'm doing it so I can tell my story about some jerk who is thrust into a position of heroism and valor when really he'd rather be doing scumbag things that scumbags do.  Doesn't that make for an interesting narrative? Don't you want to see where our "hero" finds himself at the end of his journey?
