Help Addie with surgery 2 yr old puppy

Hi i am a 13 year old girl who is completely in love with her dog. This is really hard for me to say and even
think about. But my dog is really in need of help. Last year I got my
dog Addie from the pound. I fell in love with her the moment
I saw her. But about 6 months ago Addie and my aunt's dog Benny were
playing and Addie ended up hurting her back legs. We have been keeping
her inside the house and only taking her out to go potty and o for short walks on the leash. And recently she seemed
to be getting better so we would let
her out every once in a while. Yesterday night she couldn't walk on her back legs at all. She could only use her front 2 paws to walk. Well long story short, she went to the
vet this morning and the vet says she needs to have surgery on both back
knees. The surgery is anywhere from $2,000-3,000. We can't afford that,
but we were hoping people could possibly help with anything they could.
If she doesn't get this surgery she's going to need to be put down.
She's my baby and I don't know what I would do without her. She sleeps
with me every night and goes anywhere I go. Please help in any way
possible.
