Greetings, My name is Estella Brown-James and it has always been a lifelong dream of mines to record my own CD to share with the world. I know that GOD has given me the gift of song! And I share it every chance I get to inspire, heal, motivate and spread the GOoD News. People tell me they are still waiting on that project. The time is now.
I decided to do this fundraiser to assit me in making that dream come true while maintaing all the other roles I serve in this life. I am married to Rev Clarence L James together we are parents to 16 children grandparents to 32 children. The Rev was stricken with a heart attack, 2 strokes and recently underwent a major surgery to remove a huge tumor. But that hasn't stopped him from sharing the gifts of preaching, teaching, writing & reaching are some of the gifts GOD has given him. Even though he is now wheelchair bound, as he would say GOD left him with a voice to continue to speak his word. He preaches & I sing. We have been often called the Dynamic Duo.
I also have a child I care for who suffers from sickle cell disease, strokes & seizures. She just like her momma bears the gift of song.
Another role I love is the role of a Soldier/Nurse in the United States Army, which I just recently completed a 2yr deployment. In the midst of it all, the one thing that was greatly assisting me in all these roles, my transportation...my van engine blew head gaskets. In an attempt to care for my family & and fulfill my mission to my country. I am now experiencing a great finacial hardship. Right now I'm seeking employment because my deployment has ended and my income has changed drastically. But in order to do that, I need reliable transportation.
The funds aquired in this fund raiser will be used to support my CD project & buy a wheelchair accessible van. I am thanking everyone in advance who will help me in this endeavor. I even thank those who can just keep me lifted in prayer. Much love & Blessings!!!!
