YWAM Discipleship Training School and Outreach

I have been blessed with the opportunity to be offered a place in the January 2013 YWAM Leadership Discipleship Training School in San Pedro, Belize. I will be arriving in Belize on January 2, 2013 and will be there for 12 weeks. During my time in Belize I will be spending times in lectures from speakers from all over the world, devotions, intercessory prayer, work duties, small groups, team building, and many ministry opportunities. Along with this time of community and growth, I will also be able to get scuba certified and get to take many adventures including kayaking, snorkeling, and sailing! These activities will take me outside of my comfort zone and challenge me in a physical way.

Following my time in Belize my team and I will travel to another country to serve in our time of outreach. This portion of my YWAM experience can be done in any country in the world! As a team we are praying, and will continue to pray, about where God is calling us and where our service is needed most. This time of outreach will be 8 weeks long. During outreach our missions work will depend solely on which country our team feels called to. 

To attend all five months of my YWAM time I will need to raise about $10,000 dollars. These funds will cover my planes tickets and necessary supplies needed for my trip, all expenses at the base, and any money needed towards our outreach. I am praying that God will provide the funds in full. Please be praying for first and foremost my trip. That God will bless this time, my team, the lives we touch, and also give me a time of growth and strengthening in Him.
