Lauren's Lemonade Stand

In 2013, Lauren (at the age of 9) came to her father and said she wanted to open a lemonade stand during the summer. He thought, "What a great idea! She could learn responsibility and earn some extra money for the summer." What he heard next was what everyone expects from Lauren... "No Dad, I want to donate all the money."
That year Lauren, along with two friends, raised over $300 for Miranda Lambert's founation, "MuttNation Foundation.
The next year, in 2014, Lauren wanted to raise money to another group that was close to her heart. As her father served in the military, she had a warm spot in her heart for the men and women who fought for our freedom. She donated over $500 to the Wounded Warror Foundation Project (WWP). The LLS in 2015 managed to raise over $1,000 for WWP and MuttNation Foundation. More than the previous two fundraisers combined!
This year, Lauren... with the help of her best friend (for the 2nd straight year!) Lexi... raised over $1,200 at the stand and so far, another $100 from online donors! The fight to help our veterans isn't over, nor will it ever be. So please help and donate to make this world a little better for those who fought and were injuried protecting our country's freedoms.
The website, www.laurenslemonadestand.com , provides information on upcoming fundraisers and with the goal of letting people from outside our small town of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, to donate to her little lemonade stand.
ANY amount of money is greatly appreciated and 100% of the funds donated will go to either the "Paws for Purple Hearts" or "Mission 22", both amazing foundations helping our veterans (you can specify if you want one over the other).
