Mixing/Mastering fees are all that stands between me and completing my first Album

 My name is David Butler. I'm a singer/songwriter from Wentzville, MO currently stationed in Altus, OK with the USAF.  In summer of 2010 I decided I was going to be a musician/artist and release my own Album. I play guitar and piano, sing, arrange strings and percussion. I compose, write and perform all of my own music. I have a friend here in Oklahoma who believes in my music and agreed to co-produce, sound design and record me. I have exhuasted my life savings over the past few years building our own studio so that we could work on our own time(two years worth of studio time would've cost a fortune). There have been many setbacks and challenges but so far we have overcome. Now, at long last, the music is finished apart from one final step. Mixing and mastering. I've put my life into developing this product and I've spared no quality this far. I've done my research and found an excellent mixing/mastering engineer that has agreed to mix my album for about $5,000(depending on how soon he can retain studio time and how many revisions are necessary).  I have only enough to cover the first $1,000 and still pay my bills.  I am hoping that the combination of this fund site and a few generous people will be all I need to finally realize my dream.  After which I will make the Album available on i-tunes and begin the journey of a lifetime.  Thank you...
