Abandoned and homeless boyfriend, mother, in sweden

My boyfriend is the one on the right in the image, myself on the left.  (taken at Ricketts Glen in PA when he visited the US in June)  We saved for a year for the trip and he needed a vacation from all the drama.  They have family to help but no spare housing for them.  I have been trying to do what I can and I know it seems like it's short notice but he is so important to me that I HAVE to do something!  He is the world to me and we've been so distraught over his entire situation.  Time is ticking and we tried other donation sources with not much luck.

 I know I'm risking a lot and might no go through but I don't know where else to go as I can hardly make ends meet.  We got to meet for the first time this summer and have been together for almost 2 years come October and plan a long future together so I will do anything to help him in his dire situation.

Here's what happened:
Early this year his father simply up and left he and his mother (who are both jobless) in a home that is being demolished at the end of this month.  They have no running water and live in the upper most part of Sweden, outside of Kiruna.  His father took all the money away from his family, took his mom from his bank account, left them there with their 21 huskies.  He left for another woman and has piled debts up in Fredrik's name.  His father started an entirely new life right in their town with no care for the health and safety of his son or his son's mother.  This is just an attempt to help him get a roof over him and his mother's head and to also help them transport their many dogs or find good homes for them.  They already had to put down some of the more...sick or troublesome dogs as they simply cannot handle this on their own.  (worst part is, his father is acting like he's done nothing wrong and the Kiruna police aren't helping their situation either: "lack of evidence")
