One-eyed stray needs surgery

This dog was abandoned after his "family" was evicted. At some point he had severe trauma to his eye that his owners ignored. He needs a surgery to remove the injured eye which has receded into the socket. The total cost is $800. We have already raised $245. Please please help him.
