Honestly this is very hard for me to ask, but it has come down to this situation where my Fiancé and I are paying for our wedding alone.
Him and I were prepared to receive some help from our parents but that is not happening because of the situation they are in as well!
I came to Israel a little over a year ago with no financial support at all from my parents. Since I was 12, I've been breaking my back to put bread on the table for myself and my family. I've been working multiple jobs at a time for years, and this year in particular has been a huge struggle for me. A new country, new requirements, all at once everything changed. I came to this land to grow in my Judaism, and although I am so grateful to Hashem that I've been able to do that and wouldn't change it for one second, I could do with one night, one night that I don't have to worry about money.
We are getting married in 17 days, and are struggling together with the fact that we don't have how to pay off our wedding. Money has always been a struggle in my life and I don't want to be upset or sad this time I just need help. If you could please find it in your hearts to help us even a little bit that would be much appreciated! That will mean that him and I won't start our life with such a huge minus.
I know it's the marriage that matters and not the wedding, but my life has been a huge struggle, and if you guys could help me feel like a princess for just one night, that's all I ask. At the end of the night I will be the richest girl in the world because I will be marrying the boy of my dreams and spending the rest of my life with someone I love.
