Hello my name is Tez. On March 4th at 7:30am my dad was detained by ice as he was walking from the front door of his house to his work van. They showed no warrant signed by a judge.

My dad has been in this country for 30 years and has no criminal record in this country or in our home country of Mexico.

he is a hard working man that always lends a helping hand to anyone in need.

with my dad being detained by ice I am now left with all of his bills on top of my own bills. I’ve spoken with multiple immigration lawyers and the legal fees are going to be somewhere around $10,000. I just became a naturalized citizen in September of 2024 and can finally petition to get my dad legal status.
