We suddenly lost a beautiful young woman, Chelsea Chandler, on July 10.   While walking home from work, she was tragically hit by a vehicle while crossing the street at Walden and Harlem.

She leaves behind a beautiful 2 year old daughter and a wonderful family who deeply loved her.  At 19 years old, she was getting ready to take on the world to make sure her daughter had a promising future and was provided with anything she needed.
