NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! #teamjanie

Janie Gibbons, one of our most beloved friends has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, and it is our goal to raise $10,000. The money we raise will help relieve the enormous financial strain put on Janie and the Gibbons family.
A majority of you have known Janie and the Gibbons family most, if not all, of your life. Perhaps you grew up with Janie, or maybe your paths in life did not cross until later in life. Regardless of the amount of time, you know how truly special Janie is, and the vast amount of love and support she has given all of us throughout the years. Well, now we need to be there for Janie, and that is why I am reaching out to each of you.
Due to Janie's illness she is no longer able to work. So now, not only is Janie no longer receiving an income, her out of pocket expense for insurance will dramatically increase.  As you all know, the cost of just "day to day" healthcare is extreme, now think about what the cost of healthcare is for Janie as a cancer patient....doctors visits, specialists, chemo treatments, multiple medications that have to be taken daily, physical therapy, in home nurses, and various medical supplies. All of these things add up quickly to thousands upon thousands of dollars. 
The LAST thing Janie and her family need to worry about is financial stress. And again, that is where you can help. Your donation will go directly to helping ease the financial stress that has been bestowed upon the Gibbons family. We need to ensure that Janie gets to continue her treatments, medications, and receive any other medical assistance she needs.
Now is the time for our small, tight-knit community to rally and come together to help a family we all know and dearly love .
