Save Samson the Therapy Dog

"This is Samson. He is a Canine Good Citizen, therapy animal, and all around Good Dog. Samson became suddenly ill just before the weekend, with a yet-unidentified mass by his lungs. He's being seen by a vet right now to determine what can be done, but no matter the results, the veterinary visits from Friday alone launched the bill into the thousands. It's a huge unexpected cost that we're trying to help cover. Lyndzy, Samson's owner, is a wonderful and caring person who is everybody'sfriend and gives the gift of her time to a large number of charities in Memphis, including Cause-Play Memphis, which she started. I can't think of anyone I know who better deserves her own bit of charity assistance in a time of need, and Samson himself is a gem. If you can't afford to donate, prayers for both dog and owner are greatly appreciated too." - Beth Alvarez
