James' House is a not for profit work seeking to mobilize a community to engage in solving the foster care crisis of Northwest Georgia.
James' House is not a group home. Rather, we are a normal home working with a normal family employing a unique model to provide a stable environment for children coming into foster care in order to find a long-term or permanent home for those children.
Our hope is that churches and other faith based organizations would consider adopting this model to provide an entry point for the large number of children in our community who need forever homes.
We partner with like-minded parents whose father will work and whose mother will manage the home environment with a network of support established from local churches to provide a safe and stabilizing entry point for foster and adoptive children.
However, we cannot do this alone. The financial need is great. The home is constructed, the parents are trained and children are ready to be placed. Will you help us by donating to the cause?
