my dog needs urgent vet care

my pitbull daisy was out the other night and when i came home around 10 she came up to me and someone had shot her 5 times, they fractured her back leg, broke out her teeth to where now there is a hole that leads all the way up to her nasal cavity, and they found tear to where when she breathe air goes under her skin. i dont know who would do such a thing to a dog that is the sweetest thing in the world. please can you help me save her so she isnt suffering any longer then she already has. She is on pain meds to help but if she can't get the tear closed she won't be able to make it. My daughter isn't ready to loose her and I'm not either. she is the nicest dog I have ever met and seeing her suffer is completely heartbreaking she is strong and I want to make sure she lives! Please anything helps!
