Every year, the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area produces many of the top amateur boxers. These boxers go on to shine on a national and international level, capturing a number of tournaments. Unfortunately, the costs to attend these tournaments have gone up.
From flights to lodging, food, ground transportation and other expenses, some worthy boxers are unable to attend due to financial hardship.
In order to help boxers from the Baltimore Boxing Club eligible to attend the upcoming Ringside World Championships August 3-5 in Missouri, we have started a gofundmepage.
We are also hosting a fight card July 16 at Michael's Eighth Avenue where funds will also be raised to help our fighters get a step closer to their dream of winning the World Championships.
