Oliver Jude Swindal was born at St. John in Tulsa on 6/11/15 at 8:02AM. He weighed 8.1 and was 19in long.
-He is blonde and beautiful!
-Bonnie got to hold him for about 15 seconds while they took a picture and then he was immediately taken to the NICU because he was having trouble breathing on his own.
-in the NICU he received antibiotics in case he had an infection and his 24 report said he did not but they are keeping him on antibiotics until 3 days of good report.
-Over the next 24 hours he got much worse.
-he had to be completely sedated and put on medicine to make him paralyzed so he would stay still
-the main problem right now is the capillaries in his lungs are stiff and need to relax
-at 5PM on 6/12/15 he was taken by life flight to OKC children's hospital
-on 6/13/15 Ollie went in for open heart surgery at OKC children's hospital
-Ollie is gaining strength everyday and continues to need our prayers during his recovery time
