Service Dog "Poncho" needs surgery

Hi All, The video is from a few years ago now, but I want you to know how much Poncho has assisted me through my rehab. I am walking around, feeling thankful and still working hard at Physical Therapy.
It's now my turn to help Poncho, so I joined GoFundMe to help raise $$$ for his surgery.
Poncho continues to visit nursing homes, activity centers and greet people with disabiities even with a bum painful knee. He brings a smile to everyone and is quite conscientious about his surroundings. I really would like him to get the surgery he needs, it's difficult to see him injured and in pain. He's been there for me through some tough years and he deserves the best I can provide.
If you can help with offsetting some of the veterinary expense we both would be so greatful!
