Romain REALLY NEEDS OUR HELP!
Hi, I'm a friend of the Gaskin Family.
As you may know, Romain Sr. suddenly fell very ill over the Christmas holiday and was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme grade 4, the most aggressive strain of brain cancer.
We are asking you to PLEASE DONATE towards the family's efforts to raise the much-needed funds to get Romain, Sr. the necessary treatments to help save his life.
Why your help is so vital...
The oncologists have made it clear that any efforts to save his life need to be put in motion AS QUICKLY
AS POSSIBLE because of the aggressiveness of this particular strain of brain cancer.
This strain of cancer is most often treated with the traditional "trinity treatment" of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. However, it only has a 1 percent survival rate. We refuse to yield to that statistic!
How your help makes a difference...
Fervent prayer and extensive research led the family to choose a path toward healing that is encouraging to Romain, Sr. Even with their insurance, the expenses for his care are exorbitant.
There are other methods of treatment that are proven to have better success rates (upwards of fifty percent or higher!). Although these methods are not mainstream, they are indeed proven and VERY expensive!
This homeopathic/natural medicine treatment requires Romain (accompanied by another family member) to travel outside of Georgia to obtain treatment. The hospital, lodging, medicine, and medical case management support costs are far beyond their insurance coverage.
When can you help?
Immediately. Every day counts and works toward or against this cancer. Please make a donation using this GoFundMe page.
Why are we asking you?
Family and friends have been asking if there is anything that you can do to help....well, your financial help means so much because it helps them get the necessary and most successful medical support that can lead Romain toward healing.
The family is truly thankful and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love that you have shown during this time.
Thank you all so much for your continued prayers and acts of kindness.
Please keep Romain and his family in your prayers!
Thank you again for your love and support!
On behalf of The Gaskin Family,
