Turkana: FOOD/WATER/Kenya Mission

The Turkana of Kenya are inhabitants of the northern part of Kenya. They live in very harsh desert conditions and are pastoralists by nature, moving from one part of the territory to another in search of grazing land for their animals.
Serv International has an outreach that drills wells to provide water for this community to be able to meet food and basic daily needs. There are orphans who have been adopted into the House of Hope orphanage from where they receive education and care.
The outreach am fundraising for will include air travel to the harsh Lodwar zone, feeding and outreach to this marginalized people. Your donations will help make this achievable. My appeal is that you sacrifice one or two basic items and send equivalent amount to this fund. A sandwich sacrifice, a movie rental, skip one carwash for this course.
