Veterans new exercise innovation

My name is Jennifer Luis. I'm a United States Naval Veteran currently employed as a Registered Nurse continuing to care for Veterans with the Veteran Affairs Administration. In my spare time I'm an inventor and owner of Wheelers Innovations, LLC.

I would like to present my new exercise innovation Walk n Flex (PATENT PENDING). This product is the first Portable Adjustable Resistance Training Program with the capability to exercise your upper and lower muscle groups,  allow user to adjust resistance level,  and offers more exercise routine options than any other resistance training apparatus on the market today. The convenience of combining cardio training and toning as well, have never been so easy.
Walk n Flex may be used in Physical Therapy, Gait training, Rehabilitation, Armed Forces Training, any exercise class, or even for a lunch time power walk. The handle is interchangable, which allows for a straight bar, rope, cross bar etc. to be used in exchange. These are only a few examples but the possiblilities are endless.

This video shows  an example using Walk n Flex attached to footwear. It may also attach to an Outer sole or other type of footwear.
