1st place Inspire Award for best overall team.
NJ State Championship:
1st place Connect Award for best community outreach
2nd place Inspire Award

Also, for the second year in a row, we are New Jersey’s ONLY 3-star team for community outreach.

However, robotics is MUCH more than building a functional robot and using programming to score the most points in the game. Outside the field, we devote lots of time to outreach and spreading the importance of STEM in the community. Our team believes that EVERYONE, especially girls and young children should have the opportunity to explore science and engineering and know they are great career options.
As a team, we:
– created and coached 3 all girl Jr. FLL teams and assisted 2 additional all girls teams
– mentored 2 all girls FLL teams
– organized and coached a FLL team for children with special needs
– organized a STEM 1.0 event and presented how to start a robotics team
– introduced FIRST robotics to underprivileged children at the Trenton Isle of Youth GED program, Home Front homeless shelter, Habitat for Humanity after school program
– ran summer workshops for 40+ children in Trenton
– hosted a Women in STEM fair for girls and parents
Our team running workshops with children in Trenton.
Coaching an all girl Jr.FLL team.
We are thrilled to qualify for the FIRST Tech Challenge World Championship and showcase all our accomplishments in St. Louis from April 22 - 26! This trip however is highly expensive and our team would LOVE any support to help us fundraise for this amazing opportunity. All sponsors will be prominently recognized at our booth.
