We love our friend Beth, and we love her family. We know YOU do too! We are cheering for Zephan and praying for him.
Zephan has a fragile bone condition that is causing him to repeatedly break his bones. He is 8 years old and can no longer run with his friends. Beth and her family have no answers, and no answers means a LOT of hard days.
Zephan may have a rare form or OI, a progressive neuromuscular condition, or something else. There have already been considerable out-of-pocket expenses for the Hunter family. In order to move forward and help Zephan, expensive testing needs to be continued, and also a genetic panel needs to be done.
We immediately imagined the strain that comes as each and every medical bill adds up.
We immediately imagined what it would be like to need further help for our precious child, and have a dumb thing like money be the thing to stand in the way.
Well, it will NOT stand in the way because many hands make light work.
Together, we will get Zephan the help that he needs.
