Lets Help Jared

On May 23rd Jared was a pedestrian struck by a drunk driver and crushed between two vehicles. Jared was airlifted to two different hospitals with life threatening injuries.  While being airlifted Jared required multiple blood transfusions due to the extent of his internal injuries. He sustained  a severed lung and multiple fractured ribs amongst other things. Jared was placed on a ventilator and required emergency surgery to attempt to save his lung.   Jared has a long road ahead of him and will possibly need additional surgery along with months of rehabilitation.

 Jared is from Bradenton FL and was due to complete his Junior year at Lakewood Ranch High school next week. As you can see Jared is an energetic, smart, fun spirited 17 year old football player that just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is so full of life and friends say he is the most caring person they have ever met.  Jared’s family will be enduring the cost of copays, deductibles, uncovered procedures, travel expenses, physical therapy etc..  Lets help this family   help their son to make a full recovery so  that Jared can return to full heatlh and  continue to enjoy the things in life which make him happiest  . He is the Nephew of a family friend and I would love to see him reach his dreams.
