Hello! I'm a 34 year old new mom fighting my second bout with breast cancer...naturally. I'm here asking for a miracle. I'd love your help to get some very basic needs met on this journey towards good health. My main goal is to do everything I can to be here as long as possible for my son and husband.
In 2012, I had a bilateral mastectomy with no signs of cancer afterwards. Then in 2015, while pregnant, the cancer came back in my lymph and I had to do chemo while pregnant. Most children are born perfectly healthy when having to endure chemo in utero. My son was born at 31 weeks at 1.5 lbs and spent 2 months in the NICU. Today he is 10 months, 14 lbs and wonderfully healthy and incredibly cute! After my c-section, I suffered from bleeding in the brain, then brain swelling from high blood pressure (that left me with brain damage for 6 weeks), then c.diff. (Which kept me from seeing my son for 2 weeks) I spent almost a month in and out of the hospital completely wrecked from chemo and the birth complications.
Although the chemo shrunk the tumor, a surgery in November 2015 showed the cancer was still active. More chemo was considered to be too aggressive and as I did more research and spoke to other women who healed their breast cancer naturally, I was convinced this was the road for me as well.
This road, however, is not covered by insurance, and I'm still paying off medical bills from last year. That's why I'm here asking for a miracle. There are some extremely basic health needs to cover that our income is unable to meet.
Your donations will help me pay off current medical debt, have more tests done, ongoing medical check ups, herbal/nutritional supplements, other therapies and finish breast reconstruction.
Any contribution will help us immediately. Now that I'm a mom, my need to be here has intensified. Unfortunately, we struggle finding ways to match that intensity financially. I'd love to be doing everything I can to fight this....but it's unrealistic financially. But any support you give will help us immensely in getting some of the basic things covered.
