For DNA test for possible cousin

We are trying to raise $300.00 for a DNA test my Uncle Larry is deceased and we were told he had gotten a woman pregnant I do believe I have found my Uncles child and also researched and found out one of my other uncles can provide the DNA for this test anydonation will greatly be appreciated its took a long time to find his child and this is the new only thing stopping us from knowing.
