Help Support Scott

Hello everyone :). I'm reaching out to all of you in hopes that you might consider helping to raise money and awareness for my Uncle Scott, my Aunt Denise and my two cousins Kyle & Conner. My uncle, Scott Sleeper, had been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease about a year ago. He just turned 49, and has two boys of the ages of 20 & 17. All of this has come as much of a shock for them as well as the rest of our family. Recently, they have been preparing their house to go up for sale, and got the unfortunate news that the insurance isn't going to be much of a help with their medical bills. The PET scan that was expected to be covered by insurance was denied, and they received a bill for just under $7000. My aunt is hard working, derermined, and is juggling many different things to keep the family functioning as well as possible. Most of our family lives about 7 hours away, and are not able to help with daily tasks often.
