Hey everyone, my name is Elliot. I`m a transgender man from Florida. I am a chef professionally and a queer and trans rights activist full time. In my spare time I write and snuggle with my cute fur baby Nero.
So, it is time for me to ask for help from my community to raise money for top surgery. As many of you know, any trans related surgeries are not covered by insurance and are inaccessible to most trans people who desire surgery. This is necessary surgery and will deeply improve my quality of life.
This is where your funds will be going:
7,000 for cost of surgery.
3,500 is being graciously donated to me by a dear friend, but the other 3,500 I need to raise that will go towards the procedure and hospital stay.
The remaining 1,500 will cover my time I need to take off of work, as I will need time to heal and recover before I can go back to work.
I promise to pay it forward to other trans people in the community, as it is deeply important to me that I do so.
